Hosting Rack Design.

Step 1:
Let's start out by creating a new file. I used a 400x400 pixels canvas set at 72dpi, and I filled my background with a black color. Now create a new layer set and name it 'Hosting Rack Design'. Then create a new layer and draw a rectangle with 144×273 px dimensions and #AFAFAF color shade.

Step 2:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow, Inner Glow and Gradient Overlay blending options to your gray rectangle layer.




Step 3:
Create another new layer and draw a rectangle with 140×11 px dimensions and #AFAFAF color shade located on top of the body of the hosting rack.

Step 4:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Shadow and Gradient Overlay blending options to your smaller rectangle layer.




Step 5:
Now make another new layer and draw a black rectangle with 130×42 px dimensions.

Step 6:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Pattern Overlay blending option to your black rectangle layer. Then set the layers blending mode to Soft Light.


Step 7:
Just below the screen like design draw a rectangle with 140×11 px dimensions in a new layer.

Step 8:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add a Gradient Overlay and Stroke blending options to your gray rectangle layer from the last step.



Step 9:
Add more rectangle structure design below the original, about 4 more designs.

Step 10:
Create a new layer, between two of your rectangle structures set up on the hosting rack add a rectangle with 124×4 px dimensions and #00D2FF color shade.

Step 11:
Under Layer Style(Layer > Layer Style) add an Inner Glow and Gradient Overlay blending options to your neon colored rectangle layer.



Step 12:
Add the same blue rectangle design as shown below.

Step 13:
Finish it off with a blue rectangle design on top of the hosting rack.
