    Creat new document, size 600 x 400 px

     make sure background color is black

    Use Type Tool type the text like this, i used font "planet
cosmos"

    Creat new layer

   

    Stand on layer 1, hold Ctrl and click to text layer

    The selection will be ..

    Constract Selection

    Then delete

   

    Creat some shape to backgroud

    Merge layer

    Creat some arrow

  

    Duplicate for 4 layer

    Select layer 1, hit Ctrl + U to open Hue/Saturation
windows

    Layer 2

    Layer 3

    Layer 4

    Now, bring your work to ImageReady

    Duplicate 4 frame in Animation Palette

    Layer shot at frame 1

    At frame 2

    At frame 3

    And at frame 4

    Change delay time = 0.2 to all layer

    Save your work as a gif file
