First, get your model out of the background

use to creat this
selection

then fill color ( on new ,layer )

do the same step ( on new layer ) under layer yellow

then merge 3 layer, use
again to select this
selection

then delete

Select more

Ctrl + J to bring it to new layer ( Layer Via Copy ). change blending mode =
Multiply

do the same step with

we have

Shading with follows
the direction

creat a selection like this

then Ctrl + Shift + J ( Layer Via Cut )

Transform and shading ( same previuos step )

Layer shot

Merge all background layer ( dont have model layer )

Duplicate .... and transform

Shading

Creat simple background with building brushes

add some detail

This is Final Result !!!
