1. Open the picture that you like in Photoshop

    I choose this

2. Now, duplicate layer, go to Filter >> Sketch >> Photocopy

    Set as i did

    Hit Ctrl + F 4 > 5 times to re-apply filter

3. Click on this button on Tool palette to bring ur pic to ImageReady

4. In Animation palette, click on "Duplicates current frame"

5. Stand on Frame 1, In Layer palette, Hold Alt and click on Hide Icon of
layer "background copy"

6. Change to Frame 2, hold Alt and click in "background" layer

7. Now, select dual frame ( 1 & 2 ) then click in "Tween..." button

    Add 20 frame

8. Animation palette shot

9. At last, add more 3 frame like this
