1. Creat new document, size 600 x 400 px

2. Go to View >> New Guide... to creat new guide

    we have

3. Go to Edit >> Preferences >> Guides, Grid & Slice and set as i did

    go to View >> Show >> Grid or hit Ctrl + ' if u dont see grid

    Use Rectangular Marquee Tool to make selections like this

    Fill random color on new layer

4. Filter >> Distort >> Polar Coordinates

5. Duplicate new layer

    Transform it

6. Fill #fbae28 color

    and white color for these layer

    Layer shot ( make sure background layer is black )

    Rotate white layer a bit

7. Select two layer ( using Shift button ) and drag them to new layer icon

8. Fill contrary color for these layers

9. Merge

10. Put some cartoon image to your file

    I choose a frog cartoon

    here

Now

11. Now, bring your work to ImageReady

<< hit this button on Tool palette

12. Creat  one more frame

Preview at frame 1 ( added some text )

At frame 2 ( i moved my frog to the left a little )

In Animations windows, set time = 0.2 s for 2 frames

save as a gift file

DONE !!!
